child support issue

I have past due child support. I have a court order and payment schedule to repay past due with current support. I have not been late on any payments in over 6 yrs. Here's my problem, no bonding agents will approve a bond for me until the past due support is paid. I owe approximatly 5000.00 will i have to pay this full amount or can i just pay it down in order to be considered for a bond? I have a 700+ credit score and payment history records. If I have to pay the full amount can I put the 5000.00 in a escrow account that way the bonding agent doesn't have to worry about the state taking the bond to pay for this debt.

You will not be able to obtain a surety bond anywhere until the late child support is paid in full.
