    home ownership

    I want to now if the bonding companies consider home ownership if the title is in just one spouse's name? We have lived in the house for about 11yrs.

    Unless you have a prenuptual agreement, the house should be owned by both of you since you have joint assets. Complete the personal financial statement using both of your names and the house can be listed no problem.
