Hi, Can you provide some advise on the proper Bond we need for an auto storage business. We sublease our space from a storage faciltiy that stores personal belongings. Our service involves taking care of autos i.e. exercise (ont on the street but on a private road) keeping tires from "flat-spotting" and keeping battery maintained. The bond is for 15,000

Well, I think it's definitely not a maintenance bond as that applies to contract bonds. I would have to ask you who is requiring the bond of you? If it's the state or the city in which you operate, it's likely that it's a license bond. Best thing to do is provide us with the bond language that is required and we'll be able to tell you exactly what type of bond it is.
