Default Will a Cosigner Help Me Lower my rate?

I applied for a dealer Surety Bond, was approved but the premium is too high. I have a good co-signer who owns real estate, can we work with that? I am also willing to put up some collateral if it would help reduce my premium.

I would recommend having a discussion with your bond agent to see if there is a surety available for this type of bond that will allow for a co-signer or collateral. It's possible - but it depends upon your individual situation.
