Default Title & Registration

I work for TitleMax and we have a vehicle that needs to be titled and registred in the company's name. The other day my boss told me to do this and we would need a surety bond. He left before I could inquiry to what he meant. Am I on the right track? Is a "surety bond" the bond I need?
Thanks.
Carla

Carla, you are looking for a surety bond for a lost title of a vehicle. This is one the few bond types we do not write. We write license bonds for dealers, but not bonds for lost titles. I would refer you to another agency, but I don't know of any specifically that write it.

Good luck!
