Default Who do I contact?
If I want to make a claim against the used car dealer I purchased my car from who do I contact?

Claims are filed directly with the Surety company that wrote the bond. If you don't know what company that is, you could contact the MVD department in the state the dealer is located in and ask them for a copy of their bond. Good luck.
