Not at all sure what the purpose of this type of bond is because we don't have a market for it. I believe they are pretty hard to find. My suggestion would be to go to a local tag agency and ask them if they can refer you to someone who does write this bond. Sorry

It would be best to check your local phone directory under "bonds" for an insurance agent who can help you. These bonds are generally freely written with the submission of full documentation of the circumstances of the loss of the title (in other words, simply a copy of the docs you'll submit to the DMV). The one time premium charged is based on the value established by the Dept of Motor Vehicles in your state. The purpose of the bond is to guarantee to the state that you are the legitimate owner of the vehicle and that no one else has a claim to it.

You may want to so a search for "lost title bond" or "vehicle title bond". I know there are agencies that do them, we just aren't one of them.
