    LLC Creation in Colorado

    I am presently creating an LLC for the purpose of becoming a auto wholesaler/dealer. The state of CO requires a 39K Surety Bond. When should I make application for the bond? I'm thinking that I should wait until I have the LLC documentation. Any help you can provide on this process would be greatly appreciated.

    Actually, that's not really necessary. You can apply under whatever name you want - and we can provide you with a quote. At that time - if you accept the quote, we would need to know the exact name as it will be on your license to be sure your bond agrees.
