I am in the process of becoming an auto dealer again after 20 yrs. I completed my education course but not have a place of business yet. You and other agencies are also asking for a place of business,maybe I'm puting the cart before the horse? Can I apply for this bond without a actual place of business?

You can obtain the bond prior to having your location, simply put "TBD" on your application. However, you will want to request to put the effective date closer to when you are going to submit your license application to the state (which will require an address).
