I am a new company that will build manufactured mobile homes and sell them wholesale to large companies. The state has told me they want me to get a license bond for operating this business. I was wondering if this would fall under the auto dealer bond or a license bond?

It would fall under both. An auto dealer bond is a license bond. However, many sureties and agencies refer to them separately since different applications may be involved.
