    Cancellation Clause

    The premium for my Mortgage Broker Bond is coming due. I don't know if I need the bond yet. Is there a cancellation clause?

    It depends on the language of the bond. Most states do have a 30, 60, or 90 cancellation clause before the surety is allowed off of the risk.
