    Corp vs. Personal

    If I am applying for a Mortgage broker bond and there are several partners in the corporation - can we provide corporate financials in lieu of personal financials and still get an approval?

    Most surety bond programs are going to require the business and personal financial statements. Our agency has some extremely unique underwriting practices that are exclusive to our agents.
