    I currently have a bond with several DBA's on the indemnity agreement. If I want to remove the DBA's, do I need to sign a new indemnity agreement?

    It depends on what surety is backing the bond. We represent over 15 bonding companies and each has their rules from what their legal counsel advised them to do.

    Your best bet is to contact the agent that placed the bond and ask what is necessary for your particular bonding company.
