    Resume

    I'm applying for a mortgage broker bond and I've been asked to provide a resume. Should I include all prior work experience/education or just my experience in the field? If I only have a couple years in the mortgage business, then would it be more relevent to emphasize my past management experience?

    It would be best to put your complete resume, as if you were applying for a job. An underwriter may be pleased to see certain job duties that he/she may feel could be beneficial to running your business.
