    Bankruptcy

    My husband and I have a mortgage broker bond in place with your company. He just had to file bankruptcy, and I am on a couple of his accounts. What happens to our surety bond?

    It depends on the surety that wrote the bond. You may want to contact your agent so you will know if your premium is going to change, or if the agency can still write the bond for you.
