    Power of Attorney

    Hello,
I just received my mortgage broker bond yesterday. I noticed that the Power of Attorney says $50,000, even though my bond is for $10,000. Does this mean my bond is for $50,000?
    Thank you!

No, your bond is the amount listed on the bond form, which should be $10,000 in your case. The amount on the power simply limits how large of a bond can be written with that particular power of attorney. In other words, a $60,000 bond can not be issued using a $50,000 power of attorney.
