    What changes do I make?

I am in the process of changing my type of business from a mortgage broker to a mortgage lender. What changes do I have to make in order to put this into effect?

It depends on the state you are changing in. Some states have different bond forms for mortgage brokers and lenders. Other states use the same bond form for each. If you are operating in a state that requires a new bond form, you will have to have a new bond issued.

If you are unsure, you should contact the agent that wrote the bond for you. He/she should know exactly what steps (if any) need to be taken.
