Default Mortgage Broker Bond Term

Is it possible to get a 2 year term for a mortgage broker bond in all states or do some states only allow 1 year terms?

You can get a two year term on a bond even if the state does not require a two year term. We even offer 3 year terms for bonds and may even be able to get you a small discount for purchasing a multi year bond.
There are a few states that require a two year term such as Indiana and Texas.
