    Different qualifiactions?

    Are there different qualificaton requirements by state for mortgage broker bonds? Or they all generally the same?

    Each state has its own qualifications for Mortgage Broker Bonds. There are different Surety Bond Requirements for each states as well. Some states have net worth requirements and some do not. Each state has different requirement for experience, education, exams, and age. I recommend you check with the state of your choice to see exactly what they are.
