    Do I need to notify you if I move my location of my mortgage broker business?

    Absolutely. We need to update your new address (phone, fax, etc) in our system, and chances are, we will probably need to issue an address change rider. We issue riders so that the obligee knows that your office location has moved. THis way all of your updated information will be current with the state.
