Default Mortgage Broker Bond through Bad-Credit Program

I just obtained a bond through your bad-credit program. If my credit improves over the next year or two, is it possible to get switched over to a standard market for lower rates?

Default Lower Rates for better Credit

When your bond comes up for renewal and if you feel that your credit has improved enough to qualify you for a standard rate - we will be happy to address that at your request.

Will I have to supply updated financials at that time?

Yes you will have to provide updated financials both personal and business. We will also be looking at your credit report to see significant efforts to make your rating stronger.
