    Indemnity agreement

    If I need a mortgage broker bond and there are three other partners in the firm. Do they need to sign the indemnity agreement?

    Most likely all owners will have to sign. Typically any owner with 5% and over interest in ownership will have to sign the agreements for the bond. Also each married owner will also be required to have their spouse sign on behalf of the bond as well.
