Default Better Rate?
Do I qualify for a better rate if I have more than one Mortgage Broker Bond? Like if I have two or maybe three?

Unfortunately there are not discounts for multiple bonds. Bonds are based on personal credit rather than volume of bonds. There may be discounts available for multiple years per bond but you would have to check with your agent.
