    Mortgage Broker & Mortgage Lender

    We need to get a $50K Mortgage Broker Bond and a $100K Mortgage Lender Bond to turn into the West Virginia Division of Banking. Is it possible to get one bond for $150K to cover both?

    These bonds are two completely different bonds. You need to obtain separate bonds for each function.
