Default Mortgage Bond
I am having trouble aquiring a mortgage for my new house. Can I just get a Mortgage Bond to finance my new home?

No, these are different types of bonds. We issue mortgage broker bonds - these bonds are required by each different state in different amounts in order for a mortgage broker to obtain his or her license.
