Default Lawsuits can they hinder me from getting a bond?

I have 3 small suits pending and I was wondering if they will hinder me from getting a bond. They are all going to be settled out of court.

If the suits are part of your public record, then I suspect they will certainly not help with you getting a bond. Suggest you get the suits settled and then deal with the bond.

Even if your suits are a matter of public record could you place a bond for me? I have a suit I can not settle for a while but I need a bond asap. Do you think you can write it for a higher premium?
