Default What constitutes claim?

In what situation would a claim be filed against a mortgage broker company? Who would file the claim?

Anyone doing business with the mortgage broker company could file a claim. A claim could be filed if the mortgage broker does anything illegal with regards to the rules and regulations of the state in which they are licensed.
