Spousal Signature with a Divorce?

I am going through a divorce and I am still legally married. When the agreements came to me my wife's name is on the agreements. I do not want my wife....who is out for blood to have anything to do with my bond or my business. How can I get around her signature for this bond?

I would recommend that you have a discussion with your bond representative on this subject. It is possible if you can show proof of legal separation or that the divorce is in process that Surety will consider waiting spousal indemnity. No guarantees, however - but it's worth asking.
