Why is it so important to provide you with a blank bond form? Aren't all bond forms the same?

You would think so, wouldn't you? However, every State wants their own language on their required bonds. By you providing us with a copy, it assures that we issue your bond using the most up-to-date form so that it's not rejected by the State. We do have quite an extensive bond forms library, but forms change all the time. The last thing we want to do is issue your bond on an old form and have it rejected.
