Default Massachusetts Mortgage Broker Bond
The state of Massachusetts has finalized their bond form. Our blog has a new post about it at: Masschusetts Mortgage Broker Bond Requirement

Post Qualifying for Mortgage Bond
On the qualifying for a Mortgage Bond will the fact that I had a BK CH7, personally in '06 affect the qualifying or cost of a Bond?

Does qualifying require a min net worth?
