    The State lost my bond!

    I submitted my bond to the State, but they lost it. They said they need another original, not a copy. What do I do?

    In these situations, your bond representative should be able to issue a "duplicate of original" bond.

    Absolutely! Just send a request to your bond representative and it will be taken care of. The duplicate original will need to be sent to you to sign and then you will forward to the State.

    The State lost my bond!

    All you have to do is submit a request in writing asking for a duplicate original. We will issue a new bond with an original power of attorney.
