    I just got divorced get my wife off my bond please?

    I just got my divorce finalized. My wife signed the agreements for my mortgage broker bond. I want to know how I go about getting her off of the agreements. I have the actual divorce decree from the state of PA to show proof of the divorce. Please help!

    You will need to be in touch with your bond specialist. Undoubtedly Surety will want a new indemnity agreement completed for you only. Unfortunately, all Surety companies have different requirements here so by checking with your rep they can advise you exactly what's needed. You will probably need to provide a copy of the proof of the divorce.
