If I have a mortgage broker bond currently in place and I move within the state to another location do I have to notify anybody?

Yes, you will have to notify us so that we can update your new information. You will need to submit something in writing letting us know what the new address is (and also if your phone and fax numbers have changed)
We will then update the information in our system and pull your file to check to see if an address rider is needed. If a rider is needed, we will issue it and send it directly to you. You will then need to send it to the obligee (whoever is requiring bond).

    Hope this helps!
