Default Bad Credit

I am having trouble getting a money transmitter bond because of my credit. The state is requiring this in order to get licensed... is there any way to get approved?

Yes, just because you have been turned down by some does not necessarilly mean you will be turned down by all. Our agency has roughly 16 appointed carriers that we work with. If possible, your assigned agent will try to get you approved at a standard rate. If not, we have high risk bond programs that almost anyone can obtain an approval through.

Will you be able to work with a recent bankruptcy? I claimed 2 years ago. I have property and have been improving my score.
