Default Cash For Your Car Title?

I am opening a store in Philadelphia that will offer many cash advance services. One of them will be a Cash Loan Service for Car Titles. I am required to get a bond by the state for this business. Is this a money transmitter Bond?

It sounds like a money transmitter bond to me, but it is best to check with the state department that is requiring the bond. They can provide you with a blank copy of the bond to give to your agent. This will tell you agent EXACTLY what the guarantee is.
