No Bond Form

Hello,
I am in the process of applying for a license bond. I was asked to obtain a copy of the "blank bond form". When I contacted the state, they said that they do not have a blank bond form. What do I do?

Some obligees still do not have their own bond form. In these cases, our agency requires the principal to obtain a copy of something the obligee has previously accepted. Otherwise, it easily turns into a guessing game as to what they want on the bond form, which in turn is a lot of wasted time for us and our clients.
