Can I get something to prove that I have no losses?

    Hello,
Is there any way that I can get something from you to prove that I haven't had any losses on my bond?
    Thanks!

You can get a letter from your current agent. However, that doesn't necessarilly mean that theya re your only agent. Therefore, there is no definitive way. I guess the surety industry is comfortable enough simply asking principals about previous claims since lying about it is considered insurance fraud.
