Default Bond for Contract Bid

I am a landscaper that wants to bid on a job. The bid is for a commercial property for year round maintenance. They are requiring a bid bond. I have never been involved with a commercial property and am new to the entire process.

Not all bonding companies are fond of service contracts, but we do have markets that are eagar to write them. To get started, you can apply for a contract bond. Your agent will have a better idea of your current situation after receiving all of the required applications.

Let me know if you have any specific questions.
