    Transfer bond?

    Hello -
    My company has gone out of business. Is there a way that I can transfer the bond that I have to another company?

    Unfortunately not. The bond was guaranteeing your company, not the company you wish to transfer to. Transferring the bond would require the bond to be underwritten again, and would likely cause a double liability for the surety company for a given time period. Therefore, no sure will be willing to do so.
