Default Bond Present

Well I was for new year I received a present from my uncle who i dont c that or talk to often, this present was a bond. The reason i think he gave it to me was due to the fact that its value went way down. Yet i dont know much about it and I wish someone could explain it to me cause i dont know much about bonds. The bond symbol is vvpbx could someone explain if its a high yield bond, can i sell it...ect.thnx

Unfortunatly, you are in the wrong forum. This forum is for surety bonds, which is not an investment type bond. I am sorry, but you will have to look elsewhere for your answers.
