    what are the key elements when a surtey co. gives an agent power of attorney

    I am sorry, but I do not understand what you are asking. Do you mean: How does an agent obtain agent authority? What is agent autority? etc.

    There really are no specific requirements. It depends on the surety and what they would like to do. Some bonding companies do not give authority to anyone. Other sureties will give an agent some authority immediately.

    Will JW Bond Consulant's take the fidcuary to a criminal case or to the bond's that was issued by the court/court's finanical department?
