Default Surety Bond for the Sale of a Home?
What type of Surety bond may be required by a bank, for the sale of home? Bond is to be at $30k.

I have never heard of a bond being requested for the sale of a home. If I had to guess, this is the first and last time the bank will make such a request, as I don't think any surety bond carriers would be interested in making such a guarantee.
