Default Lost Instrument Bond

I lost the title to my 2000 Ferrari and I am told I need a Lost Instrument Bond in order to get a title for the car. Is this something you can help me with? The value of the car is $155,000. Thanks.

Lost Instrument or Title Bonds are written by local bonding agents who are familiar with the details required by the states' department of motor vehicles. I suggest you check your local yellow pages

Do you think that a local insurance agency would be able to help me obtain this type of bond?

Yes, you should be able to find a local insurance agent to write this bond for you.

Default Difficult to Obtain

It shouldn't be hard to obtain this bond - just check with your local agent.
