Bond Help...

I seek a bond from a State of Florida approved Surety to protect persons who pay to our "paypal" account and want a guarantee that they will recieve a product or get their money refunded.
We would call this a Sale & Delivery Bond to insure delivery of the products we sell. Since they do not know us and we want them to feel secure since we require payment in full prior to shipping their purchase to them.
Is there such an animal out there?

Sorry, but the surety bond industry as a whole no longer writes these type of financial guarantee bonds.

I don't think you will have any luck finding a market for such a bond.
