Default Freight Broker vs. Property Broker
I have a bond requirement for the FMCSA. They are requiring a Freight Broker Bond - But I have also been told that I may need a Property Broker Bond - are the one and the same?

I believe they are the same, but you would be wise to double check with FMCSA.
