    What is an Indemnity Bond?

    Do you sell indemnity bonds? What are they? I was told I needed an Indemnity Bond for a contracting company I own.

    What you probably need is a Contractor's License Bond for your state. That bond would require you to sign an Indemnity Agreement with the Surety company. You can apply for the license bond on our website.
