    New Type of Bond

The state is requring a brand new bond. I have asked them if they have a bond form and they do not have one yet. Can I still apply? Do you have a generic bond form on file?

If the state has a new bond requirement, it's very likely that they will not accept a generic form. We really can't approve you for the bond until we know exactly what the requirements are. As soon as you know, give us a call and we'll see what we can do.
