Default Distillery Bonds do you write them?

We are contacting you regarding a surety bond reuqested per TTB so we can conclude a purchase of a distillery. The minimum amount requested would be 500,000 and the ideal amount would be 1 million. Is this something you could handle?

Quite possibly, yes - but it's not a standard bond. I would suggest that you have a dialogue with the appropriate bond representative to discuss the specifics. You will need to provide us with a bond form provided to you by whoever is requiring the bond of you.
