    No Social Security Number

    We need a license bond, but our company has 2 owners. One of the owners is not a US Citizen nor does he have a social security number. Do we still have a chance of obtaining a bond?

    Anyone earning wages in the US must have a taxpayer ID number, including non-citizens. Beware. The IRS has a program to address this issue, as well as a unique set of numbers to identify non-citizens.
