We need a license bond, but our company has 2 owners. One of the owners is not a US Citizen nor does he have a social security number. Do we still have a chance of obtaining a bond?
Yes - you have a chance. It depends upon which Surety we submit to and what the ownership breakdown is. Feel free to submit an application - we'll give it our best shot.Originally Posted by Mother Bond

Thanks.
Anyone earning wages in the US must have a taxpayer ID number, including non-citizens. Beware. The IRS has a program to address this issue, as well as a unique set of numbers to identify non-citizens.Originally Posted by Mother Bond
