Dog Bite Bond

My dog bit the UPS man and the local pound took my dog away. In order to get my dog back I am required to get a $15k Dog Bite Bond (which I have never heard of nor do I know where to get). If I don't provide them with this bond, they are going to put my dog down, can you please help me?

We have had people call asking about this. Unfortunately, it is not a bond that we can issue because a Surety company cannot guarantee that the dog will not bite anyone else. It is simply something that a Surety company cannot guarantee and therefore will not approve. I'm sorry that we cannot help you further.
